Redefining Rodeo

How do you define rodeo? To some, rodeo is just a combination of large arenas, bright lights, and some wild cowboys/cowgirls. However, at Best Ever Pads we know that rodeo isn’t just a definition but rather defines those who dedicate their lives to the sport.
We know that rodeo means committing to life on the road spending any free time you have traveling to the next. Countless hours of practice, engraining your muscles with the memory of winning. It means constantly caring for the animals that allow you to do what you love. It means blood, sweat, tears, and being so exhausted that you can’t tell the difference between the three. 

However, It also means meeting lifelong friends that experience the highs and lows of the years right alongside you. Creating lasting partnerships with the animals that quite literally carry you to victory. It means having a story behind every rubber stained rope and ripped pair of jeans. Most importantly, it means being a part of a community… a community that honors and carries on the tradition of a sport that introduced us to some of the most talented and toughest athletes in American history, both human and animal.
Therefore, the meaning of rodeo cannot be condensed to a simple sentence, but it’s something that will live on in the hearts of all who call it home. It is because of this understanding that we honor rodeo as a lifestyle, a sport, and a family. As it instills the same goals in the heart of its participants as it does us…To be BOLD, To be BRAVE, To be the BEST.
