How long does it take for points to show up?
Points are added to your account once your order status is marked as Completed, typically after your item has shipped or been delivered.

How many points do I earn for submitting a product review?
Customers will receive 10 reward points for each product review that is submitted and approved.
Is there a time limit to submit a review in order to earn points?
Yes. Reviews must be submitted within 365 days of purchase to qualify for reward points. Reviews submitted after this period will not be eligible for points.
