How do I redeem my reward points?

Follow these steps to redeem your reward points during the checkout process:

Ensure you’re logged into your account, which contains your reward points.
Look for the “Have Reward Points? Redeem it” section below the Best Ever Pads logo on the checkout page.
Click on the “Redeem it” link within that section. This action will open the “Redeem your Reward Points” area.
Enter the value of points you want to redeem into the provided field. Click the “Apply Reward Points” button.
The checkout page will refresh, and you’ll receive a notification confirming the successful application of the points entered.
Additionally, you’ll see an updated balance reflecting the remaining points available after the redemption.
In the Order recap section below the Subtotal, you’ll notice the Redeemed Points Value has been deducted from the order total.

Why didn’t I earn reward points on my recent purchase?

If you used reward points to pay for part or all of your order, no additional reward points were earned for that purchase.

This is because our system is set up to not award new points on orders where existing points are redeemed. This helps us maintain a fair and balanced reward program while preventing double-dipping on discounts.
