“ I will always use Best Ever Pads because they are tough and keep my horses from getting sore. ”
Favorite Roping Memory
My best memory roping is roping with my grandpa at the jackpots growing up. It was always fun to win with him.
I think the best tip I could give someone is to go make your run everytime you go somewhere. Work on your run at home and then when you get to the rodeo execute what you practice. You have to do your job to the best of your ability. In my case being a header my job is to score good, ride my horse, catch the steer, set the steer up for my heeler to have a fast easy throw, and then get a really good face so that we can finish fast. So I look at it as a process and a process is only as good as the weakest step in that process. So I look at my roping or ask someone what they think. For example if I felt like I wasn’t scoring as good as I should I will work on that during the week, but when it comes time to put your money up, you have to trust your run and the process that you have worked on during the week. I think that’s why we all love this sport is because you can always work on learning something new and getting better.
Why Best Ever Pads
I love Best Ever Pads because they are made by people who use them everyday. Ryan and Tammy know exactly what is needed to keep a horses back from getting sore. I really like that they understand that every horse is different, so they provide a variety of pads to fit everyone’s needs. I will always use Best Ever Pads because they are tough and keep my horses from getting sore.
